I LOVE resource management, a love that grew from an interest in software development. After many years as a developer, I stepped into a manager role and realized that operational efficiency and excellence are directly related to good management. No matter how many brilliant employees you have on a team, achieving excellence requires you to focus on the development of the employees and act as a partner with them on this development.

I measure my success by the achievements of my teams. Helping people grow in ways that are authentic to who they are and watching the impact the growth brings to them personally and to the business makes me excited to come to work. Start with your people and your team, and successful products will result.

In my free time, I can be found hiking or on the couch with a cup of tea and a good book.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time doing crafts such as knitting and crochet, going to the beach, and hiking with friends and family.
